The Right Path

I have 3 children with my ex-wife Angela and they are great kids. I have 2 daughters and my son. I have told my daughters as they were growing up they need to go to college and have their own life before considering marriage because they don't need a man to support them. If something does happen they have the ability to support themselves and not rely on a man to support them. I also tried to show my son how to treat a woman with care, respect and to never put your hands on a female in anger. I stress to all my kinds they need to get their education and obtain what they would consider in their mind "SUCCESS". I will support them in any path they choose to go as far it is legal. I told my children I didn't raise criminals and if you are arrested don't call me to bail you out. I don't know if I can really do that but they believe I'm serious about that. It is better to walk away than to resort to that kind of behavior. After my experience with the lies that put me in jail for domestic violence is I'm doing just fine and just like Hulk Hogan and OJ, I get it. I would never harm my ex because that would hurt my children and put me in jail for the rest of my life and that is not something to look forward to. I still getting over it but it's gotten alot easier. I want the best for my children but they are the ones who have to do the hard work, it never hurt anyone and I'll be right behind them cheering them on or if need be push alittle bit.
